We are full service digital agency, we charge on a per-productive-hour basis, which enables our clients to have maximum flexibility of senior resources at an affordable price, without a need to have them on monthly fee.

We actively measure and monitor our efficiency levels to ensure our team is operating at maximum capacity to deliver projects within timelines and budgets. Prepare and list all the tasks in the backlog. All task details will be defined at this stage.
Select tasks from the list – tasks that will be completed over the sprint. Once selected, Team Lead(s) will provide a comprehensive overview for these tasks, considering technology, timeframe, interdependabilities and 3rd party services / products that may interfere with delivery.
Conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Overall communication will be recorded with the system and managed using IM. Sprint planning crew should have open comm line for addressing day to day questions and clarifications. Standups will be held as per agreement (i.e. when required). Team Lead will distribute tasks to team members, manage production and perform code reviews. Reports can subsequently be accessed through the management tool.
Organised using Gitflow workflow. Releases are deployed every day, while sprint releases are deployed at the end of each sprint, containing only finished features.
Sprint and production releases are performed automatically from release and master branches, respectively. Continuous integration for all platforms is in place (backend, frontend and mobile).
Code is delivered to coincide with the standard Razor code protocol for each platform.
Sprint end – all tasks delivered day prior to sprint end. Team Lead to present features / tasks completed over the sprint, showcasing any new tasks that may have arisen from the sprint.
Meeting to be held in the morning, preferably before lunch, and to follow up with sprint planning session.
